Firstrust Bank Where’s Trusty Grand Prize Sweepstakes
No Purchase or Transaction Necessary to Participate
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is only open to legal US residents, 18 years of age or older who reside within ten (10) miles of a Firstrust branch, except employees, officers and directors of Firstrust Bank (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (defined as spouses, children, parents, siblings, in-laws) and those living in their households. Entrants must provide a fully completed sweepstakes entry form at any Firstrust branch location and must be mailed and postmarked not later than December 31, 2009 or they may register online at www.wherestrusty.com prior to midnight on December 31, 2009. Entrants do not have to be present to win. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree (a) to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges which will be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and judges and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their participation in this sweepstakes and the acceptance and use of any prize; and (c) that Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and judges and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are in no manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or law relative to the contest or prize.
Limit one entry per person. Entries become the property of Firstrust Bank and will not be returned.
- Prizewinner: One random drawing from all eligible entries will occur at the Firstrust headquarters in Conshohocken on January 4, 2010. The selected winner must reside within 10 miles of a Firstrust Branch and meet the above-stated eligibility requirements.
- The prize is a Vacation for four people, 4 days and 3 nights to include roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations (excluding meals), and a Hopper pass to WALT DISNEY WORLD ®, near Orlando, FL with the total cost of the trip valued at no more than $4,000. Arrangements for the use of the gift certificate can only be made by Prizewinner through Castor Travel (“Travel Agent”).
There will be no cash award in lieu of or in addition to the prize. Prize cannot be used after the expiration date. The prizewinner will be notified by e-mail, phone or Federal Express with signature required by January 15, 2010. Upon receipt of prize notification, winner must provide proof that they are 18 years of age or older along with identification to be eligible to receive the gift certificate for the trip.
The Prizewinner must contact Travel Agent within thirty (30) days of the prize award in order to make advance arrangements for such trip during the upcoming year. The prize is also subject to the terms and conditions of the prize gift certificate including but not limited to the expiration date of December 31, 2010.
Federal, state and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations including tax reporting and withholding, if applicable. If withholding is required the prize winner must make satisfactory arrangements for payment as a condition to receipt of prize. By completing and submitting an entry form, entrants agree that Sponsor may contact entrants to encourage the purchase of Sponsor’s products and services. By entering, entrants agree that Firstrust Bank, its affiliates and subsidiaries shall have the right and permission to use winner’s name, picture, likeness and/or voice in any media for trade, advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known without further consideration except where prohibited by law. Firstrust Bank reserves the right to require the prizewinner to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within 10 days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. Limit one prize to one winner. Should the prizewinner not claim their prize within 10 business days from date of notification, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s option. Prizes are not refundable, not transferable, not assignable, and no substitutions may be made without written consent of the Sponsor. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received.
Limitation of Liability: Firstrust Bank is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer, electronic malfunction or human error. Firstrust Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of Sweepstakes as determined by Firstrust Bank in its sole discretion. Entrants agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will govern any and all disputes.
